By accessing or using Knight Medicare ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Knight Medicare is an online platform that connects users ("Patients") with licensed mental health professionals ("Psychologists") for virtual therapy sessions, counseling, and mental health support services.
- Video and audio consultations with licensed professionals
- Secure messaging and communication tools
- Therapeutic tasks and self-help resources
- Session scheduling and management
- Digital wallet and payment processing
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform independently. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent and supervision.
4. Psychologist Services
All psychologists on our platform are independently licensed professionals. Knight Medicare verifies credentials but does not employ the psychologists. The relationship is between you and your chosen mental health professional.
Important: Our services are not intended for emergency situations. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.
5. Payments and Refunds
5.1 Payments
All payments are processed securely through our payment partners (Razorpay). Session fees are displayed before booking and charged upon confirmation.
5.2 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 24+ hours before session: Full refund to wallet
- Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% refund to wallet
- No-show: No refund
5.3 Wallet
Funds added to your Knight Medicare wallet can be used for sessions and are non-refundable to your original payment method except in cases of platform closure.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Harass, abuse, or harm psychologists or other users
- Record sessions without explicit consent
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the platform for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform
7. Privacy and Confidentiality
We take your privacy seriously. All communications between you and your psychologist are confidential and protected by law. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
8. Limitation of Liability
Knight Medicare provides a platform for connecting users with mental health professionals. We are not liable for the advice, treatment, or outcomes of sessions conducted through our platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid for services.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. The specific venue will be published once our company registration is complete.
